The place is a clean friendly environment and the staff was nice ,But it was to many people schedule with this Covid19 virus . They had the seats distance but that was it. And after being there for almost an hour a lady came from the back and told me they was running behind about an hour and that I wouldn't get seen until then. But once the hour went by the service went good.

The service I received at american radiology last week was great. It was my first time there and everyone was so pleasant and welcoming, including the lady at the front desk. I checked in and was called to the back shortly after. Both Lesli and Hannah were awesome!! They were extremely nice, patient, and attentive. Great service is an understatement!

I needed to get an X-ray, I called for information and got to talk to alive person who was courteous and informative. I was paying out of pocket and the person was able to tell approximately how much the X-ray would cost me. The site was clean and orderly. Everyone was were masks and the ladies behind the counter were professional and attentive. The radiology tech was kind efficient and professional. He made sure my need for modesty was protected as I was positioned for X-ray while wearing a gown. I really appreciated that. This was my first time at this site but I was very happy with the service I received.
